ISP Energy Surcharges

Effective March 2023

Aplite and Silica Sand (non-Oil and Gas):

Prices subject to change based on increases in the monthly average of the NYMEX Henry Hub Natural Gas spot price (“Monthly Average”).  If the Monthly Average exceeds $4.29/DTh, a surcharge of $0.20/short ton shall apply for each $0.25 tier increase in the Monthly Average (e.g., Monthly Average is $4.30-4.54/DTh, surcharge equals $0.20/short ton; Monthly Average is $4.55-$4.80/DTh, surcharge equals $0.40/short ton).

Cool Roof Granules:

Prices subject to change based on increases in the monthly average of the NYMEX Henry Hub Natural Gas spot price (“Monthly Average”).  If the Monthly Average exceeds $4.29/DTh, a surcharge of $30.00/short ton shall apply for each $1.00 tier increase in the Monthly Average (e.g., Monthly Average is $4.30-$5.29/DTh, surcharge equals $30.00/short ton; Monthly Average is $5.30-$6.29/DTh, surcharge equals $60.00/short ton).

Cristobalite:

Prices subject to change based on increases in the monthly average of the NYMEX Henry Hub Natural Gas spot price (“Monthly Average”).  If the Monthly Average exceeds $4.29/DTh, a surcharge of $15.00/short ton shall apply for each $1.00 tier increase in the Monthly Average (e.g., Monthly Average is $4.30-$5.29/DTh, surcharge equals $15.00/short ton; Monthly Average is $5.30-$6.29/DTh, surcharge equals $30.00/short ton).
